Therapeutic Photography

“the application of photography to increase self-knowledge, awareness, well-being, relationships, and to challenge societal issues such as exclusion, isolation, intercultural relations, conflict, social injustice, as well as informing research” (Judy Weiser)

Slowing Down
Photography is above all an encounter, between the world and oneself, and the affirmation of our presence.  Amazingly, the process of making photography shows a lot of analogies with how we function in life; Exploring these analogies creates rich possibilities to grow self-consciousness, develop skills like intuition, decision making, or creativity, and to enhance emotional intelligence and self-esteem.
Photography is also a catalyst for communication, a soft technique to build the secured base needed for a collaborative work, and quietly explore your issues. I offer Therapeutic Photography in Coaching, to help people slow down and find an acceptable pace in life.

A photographic walk, a jaunt to slow down, to be attentive to the unexpected, to the poetry of everyday life, and live a positive experience, thanks to photography.
