Therapeutic Photography
“the application of photography to increase self-knowledge, awareness, well-being, relationships, and to challenge societal issues such as exclusion, isolation, intercultural relations, conflict, social injustice, as well as informing research” (Judy Weiser)
Slowing Down
Photography is a catalyst for communication, a soft technique to build the secured base needed for a collaborative work, and quietly explore your issues. Amazingly, the process of making photography shows a lot of analogies with how we function in life; Exploring these analogies creates rich possibilities to grow self-consciousness, develop skills like intuition, decision making, or creativity, and to enhance emotional intelligence and self-esteem.
I offer Therapeutic Photography in Coaching, to help people slow down and find an acceptable pace in life.
