Therapeutic Photography
Slowing Down in Photography
I offer Therapeutic Photography courses and workshops.
They are aimed at people who wish to find another pace in high intensity contexts, grow self-consciousness, and introduce well-being, detachment and qualitative time into their professional or personal setting.
The courses will encourage you to develop a regular practice of photography as a way to slow down, to be differently present to the world, and improve how you function in life. They associate Mindful and Therapeutic Photography techniques, and invite you to experiment the parrallel between the process of making photography and your way of Being.
They are also for those wanting to walk a less travelled path...

Mindful Photography, is about connecting to the World and finding inspiration in what it unveils.
Therapeutic Photography is “the application of photography to increase self-knowledge, awareness, well-being, relationships, and to challenge societal issues such as exclusion, isolation, intercultural relations, conflict, social injustice, as well as informing research” (Judy Weiser).
Slowing Down
is a workshop and a program designed for people dealing with fast-paced environments and contexts. Through guided photographic and creative activities, the participants will explore their situation, experience how to create special moments to reconnect with themselves, and envisage new ways of being.
It is particularly suitable for people struggling with workaholism, intense life-style, or recovering after a personal or professional upheaval.
The course can also be offered as a Coaching program.

Mindful Photography Walk
A photographic walk, a jaunt to slow down, to be attentive to the unexpected, to the poetry of everyday life, and live a positive experience, thanks to photography. Then, as we would develop a film, rewind the session and establish a parallel with the experience you lived and the professional world and the daily life, through a conversation with purpose.
