Workshops and Coaching
Photography is above all an encounter, between the world and oneself, and the affirmation of our presence. It is also a way to connect with something greater than us, and to explore subjects beyond words.
I offer workshops to discover and practice Mindful Photography, which places great emphasis on lived experience, the present moment, and the body. I also offer coaching sessions focused on the concepts of slowing down, self-awareness, and presence.

A photographic walk, a jaunt to slow down, to be attentive to the unexpected, to the poetry of everyday life, and live a positive experience, thanks to photography. Through guided and impromptu photography activities, participants will discover Mindful Photography. They will be invited to put aside their mental models and draw inspiration from what emerges from their encounters with the world. Then, as we would develop a film, they will rewind the session to draw parallels with the professional world and daily life, during a facilitated conversation.
Following the same principle, a photographic walk aiming at an inner experience, searching for traces of the sacred in the objects and in the beauty of everyday life, and discovering an approach to meditation and contemplation that can be applied to daily living.
Once a month, we share our images and experiences around a pre-defined theme that resonates with us (via video conference).
