Workshops and Coaching
Photography is for me an encounter between the real world and myself, the affirmation of my presence, and a way to explore what is at play then for myself from an inner perspective. It is also a way to connect with something greater than us, and to explore subjects beyond words.
I offer workshops and coaching courses focusing to practice Mindful Photography, i.e. being present in the moment, fully engaging with our environment, through our sensations and emotions, and being attentive to what one sees in a calm and intentional way.
This approach encourages slowing down and observing your surroundings with a fresh perspective.

Intimate Landscape
What is at play for us when we meet the real world? What is the meaning we give to the landscape we observe? How could it reflect who we are or what is important to us?
A jaunt, a walk, exploring a place and be attentive to the unexpected, to the poetry of everyday life, thanks to photography. Through guided and impromptu photography activities, participants will discover Mindful Photography and explore the concept of Intimate Landscape. Getting into the intimacy of the landscape and better know oneself...
They will be invited to put aside their mental models and draw inspiration from what emerges from their encounters with the world.
Then, as we would develop a film, they will rewind the session to draw parallels with the professional world and daily life, during a facilitated conversation.
You will gain from this
- A moment to reconnect with your body and emotions, with yourself
- A way to develop attention, intuition and presence, i.e. being aware of yourself, others, and something greater than yourself.
- A time for sharing and exchanging experiences
- An approach to use every day, to slow down, and better address difficult and stressful situations
