Photography is above all an encounter, between the world and oneself, and the affirmation of our presence. It is also a way to connect with something greater than us, and to explore subjects beyond words.

I offer workshops and coaching courses focusing on the concepts of slowing down, self-awareness, and presence, and to practice Mindful Photography.

Mindful Photography Walk
A photographic walk, a jaunt to slow down, to be attentive to the unexpected, to the poetry of everyday life, and live a positive experience, thanks to photography. Through guided and impromptu photography activities, participants will discover Mindful Photography. They will be invited to put aside their mental models and draw inspiration from what emerges from their encounters with the world. Then, as we would develop a film, they will rewind the session to draw parallels with the professional world and daily life, during a facilitated conversation.

Visualization and Journaling

A workshop and a coaching course to learn how to better prepare for life events or achieve goals by practicing mental and visual rehearsal, engaging all our senses and emotions, and by writing a journal.
The use of visualization in sport competition is growing, as a core part of the athletes’ mental preparation. I designed this programme from my own photography practise and my experience of former CFO, to manage stress, improve performance, self-confidence, and decision-making.

  • A 5-step process covering aspects like defining goals, how to attain mindfulness, training for and practicing visualization, and growing self-reflection  in a journal
  • Support to build a personalized effective routine
  • If you wish to, a personal follow-up through a six-session coaching course to develop your own practice, and attain expected goals
