Photography is above all an encounter, between the world and oneself, and the affirmation of our presence. It is also a way to connect with something greater than us, and to explore subjects beyond words.
I provide  workshops and courses centered on the concepts of slowing down, Self-Awareness and Presence, and the practice of Mindful Photography.










Mindful Photography Walk


A photographic walk, a jaunt to slow down, to be attentive to the unexpected, to the poetry of everyday life, and live a positive experience, thanks to photography.
Through guided and impromptu photography activities, participants will discover mindful photography, which places a strong emphasis on lived experience, presence, and the body. They will be invited to put aside their mental models and draw inspiration from what emerges from
their encounters with the world. Then, as we would develop a film, they will rewind the session to draw parallels with the professional world and daily life, during a facilitated conversation.


You will gain from this:

A moment to reconnect with your body and emotions, to find a different rhythm;
to develop presence, that is, awareness of yourself, others, and something greater than yourself; 
to develop attention, intuition, and a sense of improvisation
.

Photography in Coaching


I use photography in my work as a professional business coach, for group and individual support.

Photosynthesis: A coaching program that invites group members to reveal themselves, engage in dialogue, highlight elements of their collective identity, and build a shared vision.
Presence: A workshop based on mindful photography to slow down and develop key skills in dealing with uncertainty such as presence and  attention. 
Individual Coaching: Develop emotional intelligence; take a different look at your career path; visualization techniques.
