Mindful Photography Walk
A photographic walk, a jaunt to slow down, to be attentive to the unexpected, to the poetry of everyday life, and live a positive experience, thanks to photography.
Through guided and impromptu photography activities, participants will discover mindful photography, which places a strong emphasis on lived experience, presence, and the body. They will be invited to put aside their mental models and draw inspiration from what emerges from
their encounters with the world. Then, as we would develop a film, they will rewind the session to draw parallels with the professional world and daily life, during a facilitated conversation.

Photography in Coaching
I use photography in my work as a professional business coach, for group and individual support.
